A Concert for Bert Jansch (twice!) and two other events at leading folk festival in Glasgow.
The line up for the tribute concert has been expanded with Martin Simpson, Graham Coxon and Ryley Walker joining Pentangle's Jacqui McShee (playing with Mike Piggott), Robert Plant, and Bernard Butler with Ben Watt, all playing songs by Bert, inspired by Bert and tunes that inspired his timeless music.
The originally announced show at the Old Fruitmarket sold out so quickly, we are delighted the show will also be staged the following night at Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, effectively extending the festival to Monday 1 February.
Tickets are on sale via the Celtic Connections website.
